Meet Mrs. Will - Vocal Music Teacher

I was raised in the little-bitty town of Beverly, Kansas, thirty miles northwest of Salina. I graduated from Lincoln High School and attended Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas, graduating from there in 1980.

My first teaching job was in Centre USD 397, Lost Springs, Kansas. I taught both instrumental and vocal music in the elementary school for seven years before coming to Wichita in 1987.

Before coming to Riverside in 1996, I taught at McCollum, Benton, L'Ouverture, Bryant and Arkansas Avenue Elementary schools in Wichita.

My husband, Mark, & I have two children, Matthew & Lexi, both students at Riverside. Most of my spare time is spent volunteering at Ascension Lutheran Church where I direct the adult choir as well as co-ordinate the music groups, sing in a quartet and direct a brass choir.  Besides music, I enjoy traveling, scrapbooking and rubber stamping.
